Please support Ohketeau Cultural Center: A space to be culturally conscious and renew our connection to land, arts, and each other. We refer to it as Placed Based Education; Connecting the land, plants, animals, and water – a holistic engagement in traditional, cultural, and ecological practices.

Indigenous communities need funding to support programming for Native people—rebuilding and sustaining connections, practices, and knowledge that have faced repression. This is the work for which there are the fewest resources. Donations help us to do the important work that we do, such as providing drum making, jewelry , dance, wampum making, music, literature and wellness through traditional cultural practices.  The ability for a Native person to experience full self expression has been a crucial way to avoid many health and wellness disparities plaguing Native communities.  From Youth Talent celebrations, to Elders Circle. To school outreach, theatrical and cultural expressions and health and wellbeing activities;  we strive to be a hub of healing and freedom of expression.
